Delete your Kindose account

In the app (fastest)
- Open Kindose and go to the Me tab.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
- Your cloud backup and your account are deleted straight away.
- To also clear this phone, tap Delete all in Me (or uninstall the app).
By email
No longer have the app? Email privacy@kindose.app from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Kindose account". We confirm and delete within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
- Your account (email and sign-in ID).
- Your cloud backup: plan, doses, injection spots, weight, food, water, how you felt, notes, saved foods, pen and cost records.
- On request, your subscription record at our subscription provider is deleted or anonymised.
What may be kept
- Purchase and tax records that Apple, Google or the law require, for as long as required.
- Data on your own phone stays until you use Delete all or uninstall the app.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel Kindose Plus. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you're not charged again.
