No. Kindose helps you keep track of what your doctor prescribed. It never suggests or changes a dose. For a missed or late dose, check your medicine's leaflet or ask your doctor or pharmacist.
On your phone. If you sign in, Kindose also keeps a private backup in your account so you can restore it on a new phone. See the privacy policy.
Install Kindose and sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before. Kindose finds your backup and asks if you want to restore it.
Open Kindose → Me → Notifications. If it says notifications are off, tap the button to open your phone's settings and allow them. Also check quiet hours, battery saver, and Focus or Do Not Disturb modes.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Kindose.
You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open Kindose → Me, tap the Kindose Plus card, then tap Restore at the bottom, using the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. If it still doesn't work, email us with the date of purchase.
Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or Google Play → Order history for Android.
Me → Export my data shares your logs as CSV files. To delete your account and backup, see Delete account.
