These terms are an agreement between you and [Publisher legal name] ("we", "us") for the Kindose app. By using Kindose you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Kindose is not medical advice. It is a tracker. It doesn't diagnose, treat or tell you what dose to take. Always follow your prescriber, pharmacist and your medicine's leaflet. If you feel very unwell, contact a doctor or emergency services right away.
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. Use Kindose only for yourself.
Kindose helps you log doses, injection spots, weight, food, water and how you feel, and shows reminders, charts, food ideas and a report you can share with your doctor. Food ideas and protein values are general and typical amounts; labels and recipes vary. Reminders depend on your phone's settings and may not always arrive, so don't rely on them alone.
You can use Kindose without an account. If you sign in for backup, keep access to your sign-in account secure. You own the data you enter. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Don't misuse Kindose: no attempts to break, copy, reverse engineer or resell it, get around the paywall, or access other people's data.
The app, its design, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms and the store's terms. Some graphics are used under open licences (for example Fluent Emoji and Phosphor Icons, MIT licence).
We work to keep Kindose running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or stop features. Keep your own backup (Me → Export) of anything important.
To the extent the law allows, Kindose is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions about your health or medicine made using the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
You can stop using Kindose at any time and delete your data in the app. We may suspend access if you break these terms.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. Continuing to use Kindose means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State of the publisher], without taking away protections of the law where you live.
If you got Kindose from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no duty to provide support or maintenance, is not responsible for claims about the app, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple's standard end-user licence (EULA) also applies.
